Dr. Yu completed his plastic surgery training at the world renowned Mayo Clinic. He has learned from some of the world’s most admired and respected masters of plastic and cosmetic surgery. American Board of Plastic Surgery Board Certification. Dr. Yu completed his general surgery residency at Cornell University Brooklyn Hospital Center. He completed an additional fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, a top ranked international organization.
Dr Yu has been invited to present his latest invention called “Restoration Liposuction,” which incorporates an innovative technique known as high-definition liposuction along with the use of PDO threads. Dr. Yu has been invited as a keynote speaker at the MCS (Miami Cosmetic Surgery) Conference held in Miami. He presented the latest and exclusive techniques and advancements in Liposuction surgery during the Master Lecture.
In 2022, Dr. Yu published an exclusive patent for non-surgical nasal injection Art TipLyft™, as well as an article on high-definition liposuction combined with PDO threads abdominoplasty in the highest-level plastic surgery research journal ASJ.
